The project's mission is to provide services such as federated protocols (E.g., Matrix, Activitypub) or other services for connecting technically-inclined overlay users with the wider internet or encourage file-sharing over overlays, some of the provided services are pay-to-enter (single time, nonrecurring fee/donation of any amount) as a way to both combat spam and fund the operation of the server(s) and the services, however the project is currently in its initial stages, as such some of the services are not being provided yet.
The project firmly stands against the modern web, the HTTP protocol have various techniques developed for data extraction, so the use of it is considered a compromise, nonetheless only an informational page like this and services which have large user bases regarded worthy of such compromise.

Any usage of the services to promote; legitimise; provide apologetics for Paedophilia (as defined per DSM-5-TR), Zoophilia, Necrophilia or other similar Paraphilias involving conscious being(s) or previously conscious being(s) will result in immediate deactivation, and complete disregard for any type of privacy for such user.
Any type of discussion regarding file-sharing is allowed, but the services shouldn't be used for distribution, sharing UR{I,L}s is permitted, failure to comply will result in a warning, repeated offence in a deactivation.
Any usage of the matrix server for participation in [a] room(s) dedicated purely for consumption or sharing pornographic content of fictional or morally acceptable nature will result in a warning at first, but repeated offence will cause the account to be deactivated, however participation in room(s) that belongs to artist(s) or dedicated to creative output are exempted from such penalisation.
Explicit room(s) with moderator(s) known to being inactive when receiving credible report (E.g., the age being stated in a public room with an unredacted linkable event, or a tip from trusted home-server owner) of a minor being present, depending on severity will result in immediate deactivation or a warning.
Users that have explicit imagery set as their global profile will receive immediate deactivation, however explicit imagery is allowed in explicit rooms.
